InvestinWebsites.com offers individuals the opportunity to invest in digital website properties. When you invest, you are funding the development, optimization, and management of a revenue-generating website. In return, you receive a share of the sponsorship revenue generated by that property.
Investing in a property does not grant you ownership of the website, domain, or any associated intellectual property. You are investing in the revenue potential of the property and receiving a contractual share of income generated.
Each digital property investment costs $1,835 per year. This fee covers domain acquisition, website design and development, content creation, SEO optimization, ongoing management, and sponsorship sales efforts. The annual fee is due at the time of investment and renews yearly.
Investors receive 25% of the gross monthly sponsorship revenue generated by their invested property. Revenue is calculated from sponsorship payments collected for each property. Payouts are made monthly, subject to a minimum processing threshold.
Revenue projections shown on the Site assume all three sponsorship tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver) are sold and reflect 12 months of revenue. Actual results may vary based on market conditions, local demand, and other factors.
We offer a 6-month money-back guarantee. If your invested property generates no sponsorship revenue whatsoever within 6 months of the site's launch and indexing, you are entitled to a full refund of your annual investment fee. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us in writing within 30 days after the 6-month period expires.
This guarantee applies only to the complete absence of revenue. It does not guarantee any specific revenue amount, ROI, or income level.
All investment returns, income projections, and ROI figures presented on the Site are estimates based on historical data and reasonable assumptions. They are not guarantees of future performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestinWebsites.com and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your investment or use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent annual investment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvestinWebsites.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.
Either party may terminate the investment arrangement at the end of any annual term by providing written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Upon termination, revenue share payments will continue for any revenue earned during the active term until fully paid out.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or maintenance of your investment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
